Ms. Okinaka will also be a member of the Audit Committee.
Ms. Okinaka brings more than two decades of finance and accounting leadership experience to UTI. Ms. Okinaka was named executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. (HA) in 2015, after serving as vice president and controller of Hawaiian Airlines. Ms. Okinaka joined Hawaiian Airlines as Senior Manager, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance and Special Projects. Prior to joining Hawaiian Airlines, Okinaka worked for Hawaiian Electric Company and Coopers & Lybrand/PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Okinaka is a Chartered Accountant. Okinaka also sits on the board of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce in Honolulu and the Island Insurance Company.

In early 2021, Ms. McWaters joined the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation as Chief Executive Officer.
