Catherine Cripps, who joins the firm as of September 6, 2021, holds several positions, including that of non-executive director of Goldman Sachs International and the Nuclear Liabilities Fund.
Within these firms, she also chairs the risk committee of Goldman Sachs International, is a member of the audit committees and chairs the investment committee of NLF.
Cripps recently left her position as iNED of CQS Management, a position she had held for eight years.
She is joined at Polar Capital Technology by Jane Pearce, who holds iNED positions at Shires Income and a non-executive board member of the University of St Andrews Audit and Risk Committee.
Pearce has held several positions in financial services, including analyst and strategist positions at HSBC, Lehman Brothers and Nomura.
