Details: WithumSmith + Brown, one of the Top 25 companies based in Princeton, New Jersey, joined Glick & Associates, a company headquartered in San Francisco, effective November 15, 2022.
As part of the deal, Jeffrey Glick, Managing Partner of Glick & Associates, will join Withum, along with six other team members. They will move to Withum’s existing offices in San Francisco.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Withum ranked # 24 on Accounting todaythe 2021 list of the top 100 companies. Withum has annual sales of $ 330 million, 15 offices, more than 135 partners and more than 1,400 employees.

His firm specializes in providing tax services to high net worth clients, as well as in the professional services and technology industries, and in executive compensation tax advice.

This month, Withum also teamed up with another company, Monacelli Restaurant in Providence, Rhode Island. Last month Withum added Maffei, Masiello & Co., a company based in Mendham, New Jersey. In July, he added OUM & Cie., a company headquartered in San Francisco. In January, Withum merged into the Doyle Carden Group, a New York-based private investigation firm. Last year, the company expanded to California by merging into KSJG, a business in Irvine.
