IS RUTHERFORD, NJ. — Adam L. Michaels has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of MamaMancini’s Holdings, Inc., effective September 6. He will succeed Carl Wolf, who is retiring as CEO but will remain with the company as Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Michaels is a food industry executive and former management consultant with a background in transforming consumer-centric businesses. For the past nine years, he has held various positions at Mondelez International, Inc., most recently as Vice President and Head of Commerce and Mergers & Acquisitions for North American Ventures, which is the business unit comprised of brands high-growth businesses, including Perfect Snacks, Hu and Tate’s Bakery. He also worked as a senior director of outlook and forecast analysis and head of integrated business planning in North America.
Prior to joining Mondelez, he was a director at Booz & Company, a management consulting firm, for seven years where he specialized in the food and beverage industry. He started his career at Capital One Financial.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in marketing and management from Columbia Business School.
